Good morning, can anyone please tell me the correct amount of front fork oil for a 1957 Gilera 150 Sport?

Hello Andy,
That should be about 90cc for each fork leg.
I usually put in regular engine oil, SAE 50.

You are absolutely right Joachim, the manual says SAE 20 to 40.
So the 50 grade oil is a little thicker resulting in firmer damping.
But that is very welcome as most of us are heavier then the average Italian rider
